Board of Directors
A Board of Directors representative of the entire profession
The Board of Directors is elected by the General Meeting of Members for a term of three years. Excepting the statutory powers reserved for the General Meeting, the Board has full authority to manage, direct and administer the Association in all circumstances. It defines the activities of the Association in the light of the Executive Council’s reporting. The Board elects one of its member Directors to serve as Chair of both the Board and the Association. It then elects the Executive Council proposed by the President.
