AFTES membership is open to individuals and institutions that, through their reputation, expertise and/or interest, are in a position to help the Association achieve its aims. Institutional members represent the main entities that work on underground projects. Members hail from France as well as various other countries, including Germany, Australia, Belgium, Italy, Canada, Spain, USA, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, etc.).
Members have voting rights at the annual general meeting.
They vote on the proposed resolutions.
To become a member of the Association, you must submit an application describing your references and reasons for applying, agree to uphold the Articles of Association and Internal Regulations, pay an annual fee, and be approved by the Board of Directors.
