Digital technologies in underground environments: tools and issues.
From June 7 to 9, 2022, the Pôle de compétences en environnements souterrains – PoCES and its partners organize the 4th edition of the Technical Days on the theme “Digital technologies in underground environments: tools and issues”.
This meeting aims to bring together scientists, project managers, contractors, suppliers… in order to exchange, share and confront points of view on the theme.
The 4th edition of the PoCES technical days aims at presenting and questioning the influence of digital technological innovations on underground works. The

The technical days aim to present existing applications and to discuss potential applications. The fields of application addressed are intended to be representative of the diversity of contexts encountered:
The development of digital technologies is shaking up the players in the underground sector by changing their relationship with the environment, resources and the structure, by requiring them to
acquiring new skills, enabling new work organizations to be envisaged, optimizing processes and procedures, reducing risks and improving health and safety.
