The Executive Council oversees the day-to-day activities of AFTES
The Chairman, elected by the Board of Directors, chooses members to sit on the Board, and submits this proposal to the Board of Directors for approval. The Board presents a roadmap for the coming three-year term, highlighting its main priorities for action.
The Board is responsible for routine management of the Association, using the resources of the General Secretariat. It meets about once a month.
The Board also has responsibility for preparing meetings of the General Assembly , and for implementing all decisions.
